4th Annual Tapestry of Art and Music

Registration dates: April 1, 2026 – May 15, 2026
Tapestry of Art and Music brings visual art and live music together in a single immersive experience. Up to 100 works of art will be exhibited alongside a special performance by the Sonus Voices of Hamilton.
Each artwork becomes a “note” in a larger composition, responding—literally or emotionally—to sound, rhythm, harmony, or silence. Artists may draw inspiration from any form of music—classical, choral, jazz, folk, contemporary, cultural, or imagined—and are free to interpret music in literal or abstract ways. Referencing a specific piece of music is optional.
Artists are encouraged to explore the connection between art and music with imagination and energy—be bold and playful with textures, hues, strokes, and ideas.
Participating artists must register to receive a free 6” × 6” x 1-1/2” blank canvas. We provide the canvas; you create and donate your original work. No entry fee.

*Note Canvas Pick-up will be during Alton Mill Operating Hours (Wed – Sun 10am – 5pm).
