Performance Intensive Retreat – The Batdorf Technique

Come for a full week of retreat in the country while training in The Batdorf Technique (TBT). This week will deepen specific principles of interoceptive awareness – deep involuntary physical sensations connected to your emotional brain useful to accessing emotions for performers. This retreat is designed for performers/actors/dancers with some performing experience who want more reliable access to emotional recall.
